Greybull First Presbyterian Church
433 1st Avenue S, Greybull, Wyoming

We are located across from Greybull Town Hall, one block from the traffic signal in downtown Greybull.

This is our Centennial Year! On Jan. 30th we celebrated the chartering of our church in 1908.  The current "brick church" was built in 1921.  All through 2008 we will be having 100+ Sundays and special events.  Mark your calendar for a celebration weekend July 5-6th.

Come worship here at First Presbyterian Church,  every Sunday at 10:30 a.m.  There's a place for you at "our house" where we work to "connect, care and challenge" one another and the world around us, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Our worship service includes a blend of traditional and more modern elements, a message for the children (activity bags and coloring sheets also provided), special music and a message by Pastor Becky Anderson.  We believe the Bible has relevance for us today and these messages not only instruct about the text but challenge to apply it in our daily lives.

Don't forget to keep reading your Bible daily, click on the  tab "Bible in a Year"  for Feb. and Mar. readings.

February, the month of love!  There are many words about love in the Bible, but two in particular stand out as "God's Valentines for Us"

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through Him might be saved.

Love one another, said Jesus, as I have loved you!

In this season of Lent (the weeks leading up to Easter) let us think about the ways we can show God's love to one another, and to the "unlovable" in our lives, those who are different from us, who disagree with us, and who are just plain hard to understand or get along with.  No matter how hard it is to do this, God gives us all the grace we need to follow that command, because God has first loved us in the same way.                                                            God bless you, Pastor Becky

Children are always welcome in worship at our church!  We have activity bags for busy hands, coloring and puzzle sheets, and a special time with Pastor Becky for children during worship.  Our nursery room near the fellowship hall is available for parents who wish to have their child take a break--but please don't worry about noise or sitting still, we love your kids!
